Shirsasana–
Headstand

memory, concentration and intellect are increased.

Halasan-
The Plough Pose
A forward bending position which stretches
the entire spine nourishing the nervous system,

Sarvangasan-
The Shoulder Stand
Chin pressing on the throat, the thyroid
gland is massaged and regulated as this asana brings
a rich blood supply to the thyroid, so it actively

helps to cure insomnia and depression. |

Matsyasan-
The Fish Pose
Removes stiffness from the cervical, thoracic
