cannot avoid tension, stress and anxiety in their day-to-day
work. Survival of the fittest creates a rat race overstretching
the physical, mental and emotional faculties. Constant
exposure to stress and tension for long periods manifests
in the form of many ailments like hypertension,
high/low blood pressure, insomnia, depression, backaches,
migraine, spondilytis, etc... This results in overall
decrease in Executive efficiency and deterioration of
human capital in an organization.
